A  3rd generation Washingtonian and 15+ year Capitol Hill resident,  Dare is a Realtor affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Capitol Hill office.  She represents buyers and sellers in Washington DC.  Prior to starting her real estate career, she spent over 13 years at AOL in business development, marketing and client management. 

Dare also co owns a local wine business , First Vine Wine Imports + Sales and paints portraits on commission.  She lives with her husband and young daughter halfway between Union Station and Eastern Market.
